Can I change plans?

Any time, from Plan & billing in the app. A bigger plan starts right away; the bill is adjusted for the rest of the period.

Who counts as a person?

Everyone in your company. The count is taken at each renewal, so someone who joins mid-month is paid for from the next one.

What if I stop paying?

Your company becomes view-only. Nothing is deleted — choose a plan and everything is back.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the same page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A free trial needs no cancelling: no card, no charge.
